David Dangoor
David worked with Philip Morris for nearly three decades during which time he held an impressive array of executive positions. His responsibilities as Global Head of Marketing included the Marlboro brand and the management of a global process ensuring best practices and consistency around a portfolio of global brands. He was also one of the people who led an innovative marketing drive which made Marlboro one of the world's most valuable and recognised brands, with an unassailable global consumer franchise. He also initiated many new marketing campaigns including one which led to L&M becoming the fastest growing, and second largest, international tobacco brand.

Earlier in his PM career David orchestrated the highly successful repositioning of 7-Up in Northern Europe. In addition, having worked for PM in beer, food and confectionary, coffee and ice cream in many markets, David has developed a unique in-depth knowledge of most of the world's leading consumer markets. This insight and core attribute adds real value to the CDA offer and to its clients by ensuring that management commitment to change penetrates to all levels within their company.

In summary David's career has included, Head of Marketing PM Germany, Managing Director 7-Up Northern Europe, President PM Canada, Senior VP Marketing PM USA and Senior Executive VP PM International (including the Global Marketing head role). His wide and diverse interests include directorships of a Swedish Bio Tech company, an Internet Technology company, The Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce and the New York City Ballet. David runs his own consultancy company in NY and is a Managing Partner of CDA.
